With over 13 years of Operations and Customer Service Management experience, she is an expert in initiating projects and programs that boost productivity and efficiency while enhancing the customer experience.

Michelle is a true hands-on manager, coordinating, conceptualizing, scheduling, coaching/training, budgeting, developing, implementing, and improving operations through policies that promote a team-based work atmosphere, creative thinking, and a positive result for the corporate bottom line. As a business owner, Michelle continues to inspire and motivate those around her, helping them achieve their full potential and realizing their dreams.

With her resourcefulness, innovative approach, and personalized guidance, Michelle is helping businesses thrive and grow in today's competitive market.

Darrell is an Akron, Ohio native with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Communication Studies from Kent State University. His professional journey has always centered on enhancing communication, both internally within organizations and externally with customers. Darrell’s career is built on his belief that effective communication is key to operational success.

Darrell’s passion for operations began during his work with nonprofit organizations, where he developed and implemented communication strategies and organizational structures for the programs he oversaw. Over the years, his expertise has expanded across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, gaining valuable experience in each. Today, he serves as the Director of a children’s home and as the Fractional Marketing Executive at Flourish & Thriving Solutions, where he continues to fuel his passion for driving operational excellence and helping at risk children.

Outside of his professional life, Darrell enjoys spending time with his family and pastoring at Life Changers Church NC, where he nurtures and empowers his community.

When he’s not working with the business he finds time to enjoy his family and pastor at Life Changers Church NC. 

  Brooke, an accomplished operations executive and the Operations & Client Delivery Director at Flourish & Thriving. With more than a decade of experience leading large-scale initiatives and optimizing systems for growth, she brings a strategic and human-centered approach to her work.

Brooke excels at building structures that enable teams and clients to thrive—strengthening collaboration, enhancing efficiency, and delivering seamless experiences. Known for her strategic foresight and dedication to excellence, she ensures that every operational decision contributes to meaningful, sustainable success for both clients and the organization.
