With over 13 years of Operations and Customer Service Management experience, she is an expert in initiating projects and programs that boost productivity and efficiency while enhancing the customer experience.
Michelle is a true hands-on manager, coordinating, conceptualizing, scheduling, coaching/training, budgeting, developing, implementing, and improving operations through policies that promote a team-based work atmosphere, creative thinking, and a positive result for the corporate bottom line. Meet Maurice, an Akron, Ohio native who attended Kent State University we he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Communication Studies. His focus in business has always been enhancing the lines of communication between internal and external customers.
As a young professional, he began working with nonprofit organizations developing & implementing communication and organizational structure in the programs under his oversight. During this time he realized his true passion for operations. Throughout the progression of his life, Maurice has had the opportunity to work for some amazing companies both in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Never losing sight of his passion, he currently operates as the Director of a children’s home.
When he’s not working with the business he finds time to enjoy his family and pastor at Life Changers Church NC.
